Group Study Rooms
In the university library there are two study rooms for individuals who desire a private and quiet atmosphere. They can be used free of charge by any of the following users:
Academics and university professors
Graduate students
Post-doctoral students
Researchers
Users with special needs.
A valid university ID card and a proof of belonging to one of these groups must be presented at the reservation desk to make a study room reservation.
Instructions for group study rooms:
Reservations can only be made by librarians.
The rooms cannot be assigned to other students without reference to a librarian.
No more than five people may use these rooms at any one time.
The library and librarians cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left in these study rooms, viz. laptops, cell phones, money, etc.
Reservations will be canceled if the group is more than half an hour late.
Students must be quite and not disturb other users of the rooms. If this is ignored, the reservation will be canceled by librarian.
Members of the library who have made a reservation of a study room shall be responsible for any damage caused to the room.
